I have ASUS Lifeframe and a built-in webcam in my ASUS U36J. However, after downloading Windows 10 the image (still or video) is upside down! Is it possible to do anything with this?

Go to Device Manager, expand Imaging Devices, right click on USB Cam, select Properties. Select the Details tab. In the Property tab select Hardware ids. In the Value window, select the second line down and do a search for that device (mine is USB/VID_04F2&PID_B106&MI_00). Search in the Asus site, using the model number of your laptop, for the latest driver. Install that driver and all should be good.

Is it possible to record a video on lifeframe and then burn it to disk? If so, what is the best file format to use?

I do not know why the "Lifeframe" is in the manual. It says FN-V will open it, but it just opens the webcam. There is nothing else. I can make a video. Where does it keep it? Can I save it? Can I put it on FB or YouTube? I am at a loss. Where is the LifeFrame? It seems like a helpful thing to let me do what I want, but it is not there!
